Login to MyATDW with your username and password. Click on View or Update My Product Details in the white section under your product’s name and address.
You’ll see your brochure view; an overview of all your products details.
If your information needs multiple changes, one option is to click on Wizard at the top of the page and work your way through all the information steps. To send it to the Digital Database Coordinator for quality assurance, select the checkbox in the last step, and then click Finish.
The other option, better if you only have one or two changes to make, is to click on the appropriate blue heading to edit that particular information. Click Save when you’ve made the update. Then click on Accept, Approve and OK as they appear. Your new information will then be sent to the Digital Database Coordinator for quality assurance.
Once the Digital Database Coordinator has ensured your listing meets all national requirements your updates will be sent live to visitcanberra.com.au. Please allow 1 – 5 business days for processing. You will receive an email advising when your update is about to be listed.
