The Floriade Strategic Plan is the first step in adopting a strategic approach to addressing the challenges and opportunities presented to Floriade over the coming years. The plan provides a blueprint to focus Tourism’s activities in developing and growing Floriade as a world-class tourism event. It recognises the importance of ensuring Floriade remains relevant, encourages repeat visitation and increased length of stay, and identifies the need to diversify its target markets.
